The two A-Bombs dropped on Japan were simply an experiment to see how effective the two different designs were.

They could easily have said to Japan - "Watch that small uninhabited island at noon tomorrow, we are going to make it disappear." But, oh no, they had to test it on humans to see the effects. Bastards!

The MOAB would be a similar experiment. They know the fecker is VERY, VERY distructive.
