Calling Drew - Aberdeenshire
Apr 14, 2014, 20:21
Hi Drew

Hope you're well pal.

I'm off to Aberdeenshire over Easter and due to work commitments am horrendously underprepared!

Can you advise which OS Explorer maps are necessary for most of the main sites in your neck of the woods please? Have looked and the wider area seems massive and covered by 10 OS maps!

Without having time to pinpoint sites on TMA and refer back to which maps they're on would really appreciate you're help.

Have narrowed it (laughably!) down to

395
405
425
420
421
406
424
426
427
396

Thanks in advance for your help.

We spent 3 days in Aberdeenshire a few years back and did quite well with just the Inverurie (421) and Aberdeen (406) maps.

I'm feeling better thank you.

Just all of them will do :-)

If you need a guide just shout, Sweetcheat knows how. My return is coming, to add a few more sites for you to visit :-)
