I never got John Cleese for some reason , maybe too noisy ? I realise that nearly everybody else did though .

People have been warring and destroying the environment for longer than there've been books. Prehistoric britons killed each other with pointy things and they changed the landscape by cutting down trees and farming, and once there were lots of people then the impacts just got bigger

Splendid , never liked the young ones , although I was much more of a hippy than he , you could only be Neil .

Not a huge fan of him either tbh, but I really think FT was genius.
