Seems to me to be there. Note that I included a few word spaces in my posting of the FTP address. You have to delete those spaces, otherwise leave all characters just as is (including the percent sign) when entering the host, username and password.

If worst comes to worst, give me a postal address and I'll mail a CDROM, or give me an FTP to which I can post!
