sorry but i have to share. I passed my driving test yesterday and went for my first drive on my own today ,i spent the afternoon in the hot sun at avebury. Went off to find the adam and eve stones and pottered around for a bit. I decided to learn purley to off exploring and I feel great.
One hickup though, forgot to put the handbrake on at avebury petroll station and when i came out the shop , i thought shit man i'm sure i left the car here. It haddn't rolled to far away luckily.
I'm off to tell the whole world now , yipee.

Congrats AHAB ... I wonder how long it will be before you hurl the car keys into a roadside bush shouting "Fuck the lot of you you bastards!!" ??

I look forward to some posting and reports of your travels.

And what a great place for your first drive ... Avebury. If I remember rightly mine was Wayland's Smithy. Way to go dude.

Drive On !! (but carefully)
