Getting a tatoo done, looking for interesting celtic type designs or ideas that might give me some inspiration. Anyone got any examples or pictures they can share?.. was thinking of some type of rock art design.

I've brought up an ancient conversation about tattoos... I'm sure there are more but the search facility on here is a bit choked and quite slow. If you browse through this here site there will be many designs to inspire you... some 'artistic interpretations' of rock art too. Sure there must be a few bettatted folk around here...? ;)

I always thought pictish symbols would make pretty cool tats. http://ecms.archaeoptics.co.uk/cgi/archaeo/showallpictishsymbols.pl However, I have devised a truly 'well hard' design. Picture if you will WKLB with a badger triumpantly standing atop holding a piece of chalk. WM

My wife has a copy of the Newgrange spirals on her back which looks quite good. Also, check out Pat Fish's site for ideas: http://www.luckyfishart.com/
