Hi Andy.

Thanks for your reply, got both of them already. Ri cruin is a fairly recent 'possible' addition to the data base, a work mate in the NMS in Edin' who's the Bronze Age specialist there has suggested another interpretation for that carving, this 'possible' ship depiction is on one side slab of a cist, which is inserted into the cairn, the opposite slab has a series of flat axes pecked into it, and he has suggested that the 'ship' depiction could represent a hafted Bronze Age halberd with a series of attachments or pennants tied to the shaft, an interpretation that could fit in with the axe depictions? I've included it in my data base any way because it has been interpreted as a vessel previously in the past, and I'll keep an open mind about it at the mo',
