Is the cure worse than the problem? Do we really need/want to encourage bureaucrats to put up more signs? What's next "Don't walk on the grass, Don't breathe the air and Don't look at the view" Less signs in our wild places please. The boulders will survive a few scramblers who can't face real climbing on anything higher than a bus.
