I agree that you can lever the block off the top of the tower by a few inches, but if the stone's inclined at 70 degrees, you have to move the top by about 11 feet before it's upright (from 80 degrees is roughly half this distance). So how do you do it? You're going to need a method that allows the stone to be moved in small increments and not fall back when you reposition the fulcrums.

Hey, I'm just exploring ideas. But I'm happy to argue about it. That's how we get to a final solution.

I know you fancy the idea of levering off the tower, but I haven't heard enough detail to understand how you will make it work.
