I find that, in Cornwall, as long as you have a means of getting about, nothing is too far away...

I recommend the following (in no geographical order):

Sancreed Holy Well (I love that place!)
Boskawen-Un stone circle
Alsia Holy Well
Merry Maidens stone circle

(all are on this site somewhere!)

And:
St Nectan's Kieve
The chapel at Roche Rock

I love em all! You're right - a week is never enough - I'm off there for a week in September, and know I'll not be ready to come back!

Don't worry about trying to squeeze too much in - you'll be back..!
