Got a covermount CD recommended by a pal today that blew my little cat feet off, and I thought you might like it too.
It's on the current issue of DJ Magazine and is called
"World Series: UMEK techno from Slovenia" and its pretty fab.
Starts off all minimal techno electronic grooves and goes through an hour of stuff heading in a kind of Jeff Mill's/Dave Clarke kind of direction. One of the best freebies I've heard in a while. Apparently it's the first in a series that DJ Magazine is doing.
Rocked the catpod today it did.
ps if you get it and hate it you can wee on my nice shoes.
