Cut in and out on me occasionally also,but still was a cool background..have to check out the rest later

Just searched the ninjatune website, and there's some mp3's of one of my favourite artists - Saul Williams. He's releasing 'Not in my name' on March 17th, and its apparently an anti war protest song. I'm just off to download it. Be interested to know what others think...

He is 1st and foremost an amazing poet. Well I like him anyway. I've heard some say that he is in the beatnik tradition, but unfortunately I don't know what that means. Something to do with Ginsberg probably.Very intense, sometimes with a mystical element. You gotta check out his only major collection of work to date - amethyst rock star (its basically his poetry set to intense hip hop). Could send you a teapot i mean tape if you email me your address. As aqk says, the cold cut mix is pretty good. He's also worked with krust before on coded language which is on the album.
