Cheers, glad you like it. Im a bit bugged out myself. Got lots of solpadol (codeine based pain kilers from the Quack) which have taken the edge off the flu and given me a numb spacey feeling. I've got loads of 'em so I'll have a good hang over cure for the near future.

They weren't. Annoyingly we started before them but the name was somewhat usurped by theirs.
We had what is, I believe one of the only songs in rock history to use chicken pies as a main theme !!
we used a 6 foot chicken in our stage show and were quite renowned for it.
we also did a pretty mean cover of Reynard The fox !

Hey Squid, hope all is well in noiseland (as opposed to tummy land). I'm hoping that some noisy stuff will be coming outta SW London soon, as various members of my house, our guitars, and pedals are convening soon to put chords to flight amidst a sea of fuzz. Not sure what will come of it, but if anything good occurs it will come your way.

no, the chicken got smashed up at the end of the song !!
and it was made of chicken wire somewhat ironically!!
and the chicken wire cuta girl in the audience who was happily moshing before being attacked by the damaged chicken !!
there is an audio and a video recording of that gig and on both you can clearly hear - after 'Chicken Pie' has finished, the girl screaming '
THE CHICKEN DID IT !! THE CHICKEN DID IT !!!'

Just this week trying to nail final track for me new Sunshine Playroom demo CD. Hopefully should have it banged down by end of weekend!
Will send one to Squid Mansions "tout de suite" as soon as it's burnt....
Now I must go, got to get it done...
(Shite, just had a look at Gorilla Killers article in U-Know and feeling a tinge of guilt about it all)
