Cope - Peggy Suicide (deluxe)
Don't ever get bored of this. Missed out on his Robin Hood release sadly, was hoping a family member (Yes you Jess!) was gonna pick it up for me for X mas, ho hum. It is up on UTwat, so I have heard it, and it's deffo his best in ages.

Didn't think the deluxe edition added much to the already great album myself. Too many mediocre dance mixes of Beautiful Love and the like. Now Youtubing Robin Hood and liking what I'm hearing. Dunno about best in ages as I thought Self Civil War was up there. It is certainly promising on first listen

Think it's the overt humour I'm liking about Robin Hood, more so than recent efforts I'd say, though there's always a fair bit to be had. Also, it feels a bit looser. Agree about the 'extras' on the deluxe, I was commenting on the original album itself, though reading back, that isn't obvious. Counting up, seems I have about four editions of it. Picked up a used vinyl about 10 years ago for £2.50. Somehow don't see that happening these days.

Robert’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane live album with plenty of Rock Bottom songs is well worth having too
