Possibly. Wasn't there a new record due out in September and EE was a surprise release?

Not heard of that. But an entire new release would be welcome too! It might even just be the EE cd getting to shops as I think it may only available via HH. Sometimes it is like that with some JC releases. Although quite a lot of releases are HH only.

England Expectorates was the September album. The sticker on the CCFO single said it was coming September but we got it mid August. I suspect they slipped it out early because some people were miffed to have missed the single, which got scalped on pretty severely.
England Expectorates only got the commercial release last month though, maybe this is the new album? I think if we were getting more so soon it would have been teased earlier. It didn't pan out that way in the end but Psychedelic Revolution was advertised as "The first of two albums for 2012".
But then there's always Dope to consider...
