Robert Wyatt may not have got a co-write credit but the first name on the credits (in alphabetical order) is Paul Bateman, a former work colleague of mine. He was part of a duo called Plastic Soul and the bassline is 'borrowed' from a song of theirs. Still can't quite get my head round that. I expect it was even more mind-blowing for him.
