Don't have a copy, but it does exists. Long before my memory serves me correctly a copy did appear on eBay which ended up selling for over £200. You can see the covers here if you scroll down:

I think it was withdrawn at Cope's insistence because he was annoyed that too many singles were being released from the 'Kilimanjaro' album.

A copy went on eBay shortly after headheritage started, a contributed to site, Natalie I recall, purchased if I recall correctly

The middle eight is slightly shorter than the album version, also.
