It might be Dave Balfe singing over the tune, but I'm not 100% certain?

I think you’re right. I doubt Julian or Gary contributed very much towards it!
There is something very enchanting about this track, I really like it..

Yeah, Cope said in 'Head-On' that Balfe basically took control of the 3rd album in the studio and that Cope & Dwyer were mostly locked out !!!!

The tune also sounds like the Cope track 'Mock Turtle' from the 'Trampolene' E.P.
