Field Music – Making A New World. Upcoming from Sunderland’s art rock awkward squad. Much proggier/artier than the last two, so that’s a respectful “hurrah” from me. This track is so Talking Heads it’s untrue… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ft__PS9rFAU

J.R. Bohannon – Dusk. Finger-picking American Primitive influenced bloke. Keeps it varied, good: https://jrbohannon.bandcamp.com/album/dusk

Craven Faults – Erratics & Unconformities / Lowfold Reworks. Debut album from hauntological trance techno people/person (they’re a bit mysterious). It’s not exactly ground-breaking, but there’s certainly something pretty compelling/hypnotic about it.

Numb Mob – Where To Build In Stone OST. Perhaps as you’d expect, atmospheric electro-acoustic stuff, bit Talk Talk in places.

Rose McDowell & Shawn Pinchbeck – Far From The Apple Tree OST. Her from Strawberry Switchblade goes full pagan goth here, a bit intense over the long stretch, but some nicely dark vibes: https://glassmodern.bandcamp.com/album/gem

Akron – Plays “Ritualul Sferei”. Spanish library exotica. Again, nice in short bursts: https://vampisoul.bandcamp.com/album/the-akron-quartet-plays-ritualul-sferei

Alison Cotton – The Girl I Left Behind Me

The Left Outsides – A Place To Hide

Jodie Lowther – The Cat Collects

The Comet Is Coming – The Afterlife

Hawkwind – All Aboard The Skylark

VA – MOJO Heavy Nuggets 5

The Cigarettes – You Were So Young

Charge – s/t

The Liverpool Scene – Granada TV, 1969. Space age jazz poetry, watch this right now: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=86S-jlhLSqA

Power Of Zeus – The Gospel According To Zeus. Famous for hip hop types (and, err, me) robbing one of its breaks, but this is a most enjoyable slab of Vanilla Fudge-esque rock with many moments worthy of the Tap: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KphiJ4EsrLc

Is it their debut? I thought it was remixes of some of the tracks on Netherfield Works, Springhead Works and Nunroyd Works? It's a bit hard to know - I can't find much info on them. An interesting bunch of records, although, as you say not ground breaking as such.

Edit: now I'm not sure at all. I see you mentioned Lowfold Reworks on 21st September Soundtracks - so I don't know what order any of them came in!

Thanks! So Reworks is a rework of the other three it would appear.
