I know some out there will frown upon this self promotion so I have put off posting this but I really think at least a few here may enjoy, so here it is: I just released an album of ambient psychedelic/acid-folk material on Deep Water Acres. Most of the songs are up for preview online but it's not available to buy digitally right now (which is why it's marked as "$1,000.00" on Bandcamp). http://www.dwacres.com http://sunriseoceanbender.bigcartel.com/product/prana-crafter-rupture-of-planes-cd http://www.soundcloud.com/william-sol http://pranacrafter.bandcamp.com Hope some of you wonderful Heads enjoy it! Will

Nobody frowns at self promotion. Without it things would go very quiet, indeed. Or, worse still, mainstream, massively marketed muzak would seep into quality corners like this, as it does everywhere else.

Very Promising, MM! Like Ben Chasny playing guitar and singing like Bonnie Prince Billy or maybe Nick Drake. Some don't like labels, but I always hear different things and like to give things a frame of reference. There's gonna be some takers for when this album gets its' official release :~)

I've heard the BPW comparison before and though I know of him I really don't know his work, should probably check him out. The album is out now on Deep Water Acres or through Sunrise Ocean Bender, I see now how I wrote that part unclearly, I just edited it to hopefully be more clear.

Like Kid says, don't worry about self-promotion - there are many of us here who indulge in it on occasion, and no-one seems to mind :) Will check your stuff out when I get a chance.

It's a stunning album, MM … easily one of the best things I've heard this year if you put stock in 'lists' and the like … or worse yet, my opinion ;) … a wonderful, wonderful listening experience.
