Our series of live experimental music continues on Tuesday, 8th September at The Montague Arms, 289 Queens Road, London SE15 2PA from 8pm. Charles Hayward - solo drum performance from This Heat, Camberwell Now local legend. Rothko - the return of Mark Beazley's bass experiments, following on from an EP release of their first new material since 2010. The Untied Knot - Improvisations on drums, electric guitar and synthesizer. (that's me and Matt Donovan BTW) A fiver suggested donation on the night (free if you're skint). I've regularly recommended this evening and this one should be great. We saw Hayward do a couple of excellent sets at Supernormal (one with Gnod and another with Laura Cannell. And I can report the new Untied Knot album is excellent.

I'd love to get to this one, I'm a fan of Mark Beazley in all his guises. Am in Hanwell though and could be tough getting home. I enjoyed Charles Heyward in Monkey Puzzle Trio a few years ago at Cafe Oto. And you're ok too Nige!

Unfortunately I'm busy revising for the final assessment on my yoga course that week. Looks a brilliant line up :)

Thanks fellas, the music curfew for the venue is 11pm if that helps. Live music will most probably be done by 10.45. Please come down if you can, it's a great venue too.
