Hmmmm . . . wonder how you'd confirm who that is?
(What if that's just their road manager or something?)
I picture Mr. Bain as a short, dark, portly guy with a demonic beard! That's probably not even close!

You may all be dead and I'm talking to myself, regardless.
Roger ended up as studio manager at CBS studios in Whitfield St.
He was a total Ned Flanders. Completely straight, clean cut, by the book kind of bloke. Nice but quiet and conservative. Around 1992 Sony music got into bed with the family who owned the Hit Factory studio in NYC. They rebranded the studio as Hit Factory London ( I won't mention their name, I wouldn't want it showing up on a search)
The new regime made it clear from the off that Roger wasn't welcome and he quietly walked away from the business altogether
Last heard managing a Rymans in Chiswick.
Julian came in to have some mastering done while Roger was still manager there.
I remember seeing him doing a headstand while he was listening to playback.

That's disgraceful. Never doubt there is no God and no justice. Off to trawl the London area for paperclips. See if any of the staff answer to the name Roger.
