Probably a bit late with this post but there was a pretty good charity CD for the Big Issue out a few years back called Cool Cool Christmas which had a fair few of the tracks mentioned in the thread. My 3 faves on the CD were.....
El Vez - Feliz Navidad
Mexican Elvis impersonator ( believe was in one of the original West Coast punk bands ) combines the lyrics from Wishing you a Merry Xmas sung in Spanish with the riff from Public Image !
Drugstore - Maybe at Xmas Time
Just a beautiful down beat record that asks the listener to reflect on what others less fortunate may be doing over the festive season.
Morgan - Xmas in Waikikii
Hammond organ and steel guitar topped off with a seasonal Richard Pryor sample.

i love to remember at this time of year XTC's 2 worst songs, thanks for christmas and the unforgettable countdown to christmas party time, oh dear.
