* Echo & The Bunnymen - "Echo & The Bunnymen"
* Blondie - "The Hunter"

Two bands I like when I was a young boy with two shit records.

How about
Dirty Work and Emotional Rescue both by the Rolling Stones and Cut the Crap by the Clash.

Frankly I gave up on the Meat Puppets when they stopped playing hardcore punk. Sorry, their take on country and Carducci-model 70's rock was never of interest to me. To each his own, though...

The Final Cut - Pink Floyd: Roger Waters wankery at its worst... well, until he started releasing his own albums.

Chronical of the Black Sword - Hawkwind: the 80's was pretty patchy for Hawkwind record wise, but they were still a good live band. This was a poor album and a poor live show. Didn't float my boat at all.

Anything - The Damned: Phantasmagoria wasn't great, 'specially compared to Damned, Damned, Damned and Machine Gun Etiquette etc, but it had it's moments. Anything was dreadful... just dreadful.

David Bowie - Lets Dance/Tonight... and just about anything after Scarey Monsters really.

Lee Scratch Perry - Dub Fire: A horrible rehash of old Bob Marley stuff... which describes much of his recent output really.... although Techno Party and Jamaican ET aren't bad.

Cut the Crap - The Clash: Mick Jones and Topper Headon both gone, a bunch of new recruits brought in for an album of football terrace chants... sad end for a great band.
