Our goal is to slowly cover all the ancient sites in Wales, and explore their folklore and legends. We want to keep our precious folklore alive so we've started uploading our videos. Here is the link | |||

Always good to have videos of places.... wish I'd have started much earlier, to be fair. Suggest you check out Rhiannon's extensive folklore contributions on here as a source...

Yep, this looks like an interesting website, welcome Coraljakz. Rhiannon's folklore posts are a joy and sure to be some inspiration for more places to visit. I'm really enjoying your videos too Mr G, there's something about the wind whistling through the microphone that brings an extra dimension of the uplands to life!

There is a legend of this stone going down to the stream for a drink. The probable basis for it can still be witnessed today, during the summer months. There is a video of it taking place here, on page 3; https://www.megalithic.co.uk/modules.php?op=modload&name=Forum&file=viewtopic&topic=8258&forum=4&start=20

Haha, yeah. I'll let others do the cheesy 'New Age' soundtracks... tell it how it is, right?
