Mike Pitts on Twitter has something to say about it as well. As theories go I find it slightly far fetched, one strike (and the stone circle is only a maybe) doesn't mean that other stone circles were created in this way.

Hi Moss - yes it does seem a little far fetched- nice idea though - and would be wonderful if there is another circle to be found :)
