Not sure what you mean. I'd never heard of this phenomenon before, but it appears to be a rare natural one which has been recorded both in Scotland and over in the US in the past. (Isn't nature full of surprises!)

I've seen this photo in a couple of places including on the news channel this morning. Apparently caused by rare weather conditions. Very lovely.

You might like this 'mystery' too - though not too mysterious as you can see the foot prints going away from it. Ephemeral art.
