A Year in an English Garden: Flicker & Pulse.
Lovely.
There are a number of reasons why I'm happy to pay the licence fee and this is one of them. I can't see that a commercial channel would do this.
Only on BBC iPlayer until 9:00 pm tomorrow, but I'm sure it'll be back.

Been watching a fair bit on the iPlayer:
What we do in the Shadows. Lovin it - far more than the film it is based on
Ghosts. Done by the horrible histories peeps which has a lot to commend it.
That Thatcher 5 part documentary
Mark Kermode's film review thingy
Also I need me some more Matt Berry so Year of the Rabbit goes down a treat
Got one more episode of Black Mirror to go which is ok so far without reaching the high's of other series IMO

Various distracting and frivolous Netflix things, but also, on Amazon 'This Giant Beast That is the Global Economy'. Very enlightening - and a little bit worrying. I highly recommend everybody see this.

An Evening with Beverly Luff Linn (Netflix). Now that's one strange WTF film. Got some great people in it like Jermaine Clement, Matt Berry and Aubrey Plaza. Just about held my attention even though the weirdness was a bit of a trial to begin with. Someone on IMDB described it as a cross between lynch and Napoleon Dynamite which is about right. Well it certainly stood out and is unlikely to be replicated!

The Great Hack. Netflix film about Cambridge Analytica and their role in amongst other things, the last Us Election and Brexit as data analysts - having about 5000 data points for instance on many impressionable people that can be influenced and persuaded to vote in accordance with the wishes of CA campaigns. Will any election ever be fair again?
