I, erm, 'experienced' The Cardiacs at a do in 1985. It was at some university building in London, with The Cardiacs on in one room, a 70s disco in another room etc.

I was so high, I just stared at two students sat behind a table, who were asking for the ticket which I didn't have. Me and the friend I was with looked at each other, then crawled under their table into the venue!

My brain enjoyed the gig.
