Been a while since it went to the 2nd hand shop but if memory is correct the white backing went all the way through both sides of the lp sleeve [something i always checked because of some story about secret panels etc] also my book was separate but smaller than the ones I've googled , about 6-8" height as opposed to the nearly 12". I must have picked mine up 76ish early 77 at the latest as I certainly had a copy before I got Going For The One whwn it was released in July 77
