Shame I missed it. Would've liked to have gone and it would've been nice to meet up too, but got a couple of things coming up and funds have been diverted to them. Next time, I hope.

Yeah, thanks CE, I had an amazing time, good to meet you and chat with you and your lady briefly. I ducked outside before Holy finished to scarf down a cold panini and Cadbury egg, as I had missed dinner. I was exhausted, having been up since about 4am, traveling, but felt good. Aidan, good to meet you as well, and a nice guy named Mark. Thanks again to Holy for the chat, the sounds and the intros, made my trip really special.
Just had my first solid night's sleep in 2 weeks, in London for one more day, to cram as much in as I can, then onto Gnod! See you there Riverman.
(Don't ask me about set lists, I try to focus on the show, but it was a good mix of old "hits", new songs and good stories. I was pumped to hear Autogeddon Blues and Raving on the Moor in particular.)

Great show for sure- Julian was on top form, great selection of songs and a lot of entertaining stories and banter in-between songs as well. Particularly intrigued by his comments about Dinting and Glossop and his connection with the area, since I'm moving to that exact area next week!

Yes, who needs Manchester and Oasis when you can have Dinting and Glossop - another wonderful Cope comment.
There are plenty of us Cope fans in Glossop - hence the cheers on Thursday night. We all meet up every month at Glossop Record Club (https://glossoprecordclub.wordpress.com/) - Simon, who runs it, is another Cope obsessive. Come down and say hi when you've settled in.

Nice one, thanks for letting me know- I will most definitely pop along to Glossop Record Club once I've moved (got the keys to the house the other day and will be moving in over the next few weeks)!
