Camera - Remember I was Carbon Dioxide
Second album by motorik kraut-tastic Berlin urban guerilla giggers. Stormin record'! OK, they wear their influences on their sleeve, but they do it so well, and the record is one of those great life affirming sonic blasts like Boredoms Vision Creation New Sun album.

The Amazing Snakeheads - Amphetamine Ballads
The more I listen to this the more I love it. Lyrics delivered with real Glaswegian vitriol, and a superb Gallon Drunk/Morphine meets rockabilly sound. Bet they're great live.

Shellac - Dude Incredible
Initial listenings sound favourable, very much sticking with that fabulous tight and sinewy Shellac sound. I'd heard most of the songs on an old live boot someone sent me a while ago, but good to hear them in their studio guise. Just hope it's not 7 years till their next album, it's a long wait.

Dead Meadow - Howls From The Hills
Second fav' Dead Meadow album next to last years Fabbo Warble Womb. Feathers comes a close third. One and Old - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cTh8UEl7qxQ
To Rococo Rot @ i Sound - Music Is a Hungry Ghost
Great laid back bass and 'sounds' excursions from one time Tarwater member Mr Lippok. Pantone - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kU6Ke-afbM4
Speaking of which, Lippock's new/ recent venture with Jestram and Krohn "Dear Mr Singing Club" is a beautiful slab of Tarwater meets Faust/Neubauten skewed pop. Listen here...
