Anyone that invents a snack that is a half loaf of bread hollowed out (Why just half Elvis? Was it the drugs?!), filled with melted butter and stuffed with bacon and bananas deserves to be called the King. AND he had a private jet to take him to his favourite colossal samwidj maker. CLASS!

Of course he's still relevant. Is relevance, by the terms you seem to be defining 'relevant', criteria for defining an artist? Cos I don't give a flying fuck about Bob Dylan but I'd happily admit that I'd be churlish in the extreme to dismiss him as musically irrelevant.
