I'd say the same about Brigitte Bardot. The fact that Serge Gainsbourg wrote loads of her songs is enough to elevate her out of the mire of fromage, I reckon.
On the other hand...
'The Cheeky Song' by The Cheeky Girls would be a guilty pleasure if I actually felt guilty about it. I think it's one of the best pop songs released in the last few years, and it's not afraid to wear its IQ of 3 on its sleeve.
Oh, and that first Tatu single gets me going too, but I do feel guilty about that because of the cynical fake lesbian marketing ploy. Great song though. Autotuners in overdrive.
