What brought this to mind was watching the making of the slim shady video on the telly last night.

The same creation of crazy characters, - he's feeling my tits, Harry...

the same diverse and often obscure inspirations for lyrics...

I reckon if Zappa was a Rappa he'd be Marshall E Mathers for sure
