I heard today that Austria are to bring forward the ban on tobacco adverting by one year. This will now come into effect this year. Now, France have had this in place for a long time and whenever the F1 bunch have gone there they have changed the livery of the vehicles.

What is their reaction to Austrias actions? They are to withdraw Austrias F1 circuit status (which was valid until 2006).

Not that I care about this, except that it's a great indication of where the loyalties of the F1 bosses lie. Not with the fans, but with the sponsors.
