The debate is not over "granny killing" or "individual rights" in the abstract, but the way actual policies supposedly meant to combat Covid trampled upon individual rights while leading to the avoidable deaths of many, and bringing economic misfortune to many more. Does a disease with a fatality rate much less than 1% really warrant such measures? Does the advice of "experts" override common sense?
