Way ahead of you there! One of the things that scares me about this is that govts around the world will not learn anything from this. As soon as any crisis is over it's back to the usual routine. It's times like this when they should be reflecting on how things can be made better. If they're concerned about losing millions well, history shows that not changing tact is the way to ensure millions are lost.
