I have to say that it surprises me that a seemingly successful businessman would fail to see exactly where the blame lies for a shoddy, low grade product.
It also surprises me that one so "charitable" would care so little for the livelihoods of people already close to the bread line.
I tell you what Hongnam, I have a Postgrad dip. in management, and several years charity management experience on my cv - how about you pay me above average rates to come and help you out with a few things?

It's my understanding that BA made a lot of folk redundant when they tendered out their catering contract in order to cut costs. 'Luckily', them folks found new jobs with the winning tender from GG. Now, they want to cut costs (and, I think I might also be right in suggesting that this is at the behest of BA, too)

Fuck Wit, now there's a piece of witty thoughtful repartee. In the context of hongnam's other comments, cattle class was used as a snotty put down of those who cannot afford to travel with their betters.
