I was hoping that the independant enquiry will reveal the truth. However after seeing a policeman getting away with his third conviction for speeding and another getting of with kicking a suspect because the judge said there was not enough evidence to convict despite the fact that his cowardly attack was captured on CCTV, my faith in British Justice as a whole has dropped a few pegs.

I DO like the concept of the Brazilian authorities coming to the UK to investigate the matter. Does this mean we can send Plod over to Brazil to examine the "sweeping" of children from the streets, Native Indian holocaust et al?
