In other 'local' news this week.

Justice minister Cathy Jamieson calls for the Co-op in her constituency to 'restrict' sales of Buckfast tonic wine.
They agree and up the age for sales of it to 21.
Papers report it as a Labour led call for a ban.
The monks of Buckfastleigh threaten to sue her and/or the Scottish Executive.
CJ denies she ever suggested a ban.
Goes to visit her contituents, they 'upstage' her.

And of course:
The Co-op admitted that the sale of Buckfast had not yet shown any real sign of falling and one resident said: "It’s a nice gesture, but I can’t see it beating the Buckfast culture of kids drinking."
