You missed a treat matey, it was excellent.
The first day started well with Waddington and Frodsham putting the Millfield area into perspective from the Mesolithic to the Romano-British
(I learned a new archaeo buzz word.. the 'RB'). After that it got a bit dusty and acedemic, interesting tho'.
The second day, the field trip, was a rare treat. Two coaches full of archaeos from all over the place and visits to Maelmin, Ad Gefrin and then the Bell. All in all Top Sites, top weather and good company. I left the thing buzzin'.
