Scotland had the most memorable sites for me this year; impossible to say which was best since there are so many contributing factors. However:
I reckon the obscure Park Knowe 'enclosure' beneath Tinto was the most enigmatic

The superb Ardmarnock, tucked away in a beautiful corner of Argyll, the finest in terms of preservation.

Also enjoyed seeking out some of Dartmoor's more obscure cists over Easter, of which Grim's Grave was a highlight.

Walking highlight was finally getting back to Drygarn Fawr after all these years. It was interesting to compare who I was with who I now am.
