No I don't think the Social Contract can be broken using external excuses, its all a matter of conscience like you said. Either you're fully committed to it or you break it when it suits you. | |||

Well youre very welcome to say I've self-appointed myself as a person who is not exempt from the rule. Nowt inaccurate about that at all.

I don't interpret it as requiring a dogmatic adherence to every single rule on every single occasion, therefore I am not breaking the social contract. Unless you can find somewhere where the social contract is etched in stone, then it's simply a matter of individual philosophy. |
