Re: Wilts Rock Art - permission to use images sought

Hi all - it's been a long time since I posted.....I do visit regularly though to read everyone's contributions!
I've been asked by a friend in the know to help design a website on Wiltshire's ancient rock art and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share any photographs they may have? I would of course ensure you were credited to the photographs when used on the website.
I thank you all in advance.
Apart from the Stonehenge axes and daggers ,and unless chalk plaques are accepted as RA you might have a quiet time of it . The Fyfield Down stone still divides opinion as does the Devils Den capstone , Kenward and Cherhill stones , and there are quite a number on Marlborough Downs that are considered to have been enhanced ,although these sound even less likely The problem is that sarsen has natural markings similar to cup marks and it appears all the possibles are on sarsen .
Just my thoughts. If it was expanded to Wessex Rock Art there'd be enough for a small site with the rings from barrow capstones in Dorset and the Pool farm cist feet.
