The best place to get any technical style drawings of sites is your main reference library.

The books to go for are the archaeological journals and such that report excavation results, but searching through these is a nightmare. Here in Ireland there is the lovely library of the Society for the Antiquities of Ireland just 250m from where I work (I have it all sussed out), where for £2 a session you can go and pester the librarian. Try and find something similar close to you.

Obviously hitting google with the right key words often turns up titles of journals etc with reports in making it a lot easier to find when you go.
