I would imagine that Castlerigg gets incredibley busy at Solstice - it is usually packed with tourists on any given day but it is an amazing site.

Where are you located and what are you hoping to "get out" of your experience? Maybe there are some smaller, lesser visited sites which may be preferable?

Let me know and I'll put my thinking hat on...
