Exactly. I was perfectly serious. Those responsibilities are WAY beyond that level I'd have thought.

Industry can't afford to downsize on it's talents but with anything to do with government or the NHS or teaching, where the bad consequences aren't so measurable, they've been at it for years. Perhaps it just happens to be EH's turn?

(To finance the Olympics perchance?)
