I know enough to deal with this shit thanks. I thought you were referring to Hydrogen Power Cells, the sort that prototype cars run on, which is what most people think of when they talk of Hydrogen power. For these you have to produce massive amounts of hydrogen and then cool it to make it liquid. This takes energy and is not an efficient process.
Stable fusion will not happen in our lifetimes. I'd wake up and smell the coffee if I were you :-)
