Dunno about a competition matey, but I'm always up for a beer or 3!

I'm up for trying to arrange a meet up in Nov, though it could be difficult. Drinking will also be limited as if we do try to meet up somewhere between here & your N Yorks base, we'll both be driving...!

Anyway, I'd win.

Re: Alignment of Holes

Excellent, 2 jobs in one, plus no archaeological evidence.
If it happened that the distance between the trilithon and the anchor happened to be in in proportion to the distance from the sarsen circle to one of the sets of holes that would leave an "intriguing synchronicity" for the archaeos to note, although we couldn't possibly comment on the matter!

Ah - you're probably right... But I'd make the biggest idiot of meself!

I can put a fair bit away, meself, but it don't half show!

I feel fine until I realise what crap I'm talking to the taxi driver...

But nearer the time, I'll give yer me mobile number and we can txt an that and see if it's feasible.

Anyway - let's leave these kindly gents to their ramlings, eh? ;o)

Hey, I hate to break up your cosy little "folie a deux", but aren't you the guy's who were complaining about the size of this thread?

Well actually, those two have helped take the total to way over 500 posts, which is the limit, so I'm afraid the topic is now closed. See you in Derby.

(OK, so I lied. Now can we please carry on on with the subject of Moth Balls as I'd hate them to be cut off).

Not complaining - just no hope of catching up with the "Caption Contest" thread now! That was a real contender! Dammit...

But you're right - the thread has now been handed back to it's rightful owners.

Happy stone shifting one and all!

Love and smiles

You know, we (perhaps I should not presume to speak for others, I) don't mind your humerous interjections in the slightest. Just don't get all whingey and whiney when we get to Stone Shifting 5, 6, 7.... I think the target is to reach 4W's Stone Shifting 35 and who knows, with your help we might just make it.
